Refund policy

ProTest is a digital evidence packet you receive immediately after payment. Our policy is simple:

• Errors in your packet: if your packet has factual errors (wrong address, wrong square footage, comps obviously off-base), email us within 7 days and we will regenerate it for free or refund the $10.
• Outcome of your protest:we don't guarantee TCAD reduces your value. The packet is the product. We are not your representative or filing agent.
• Otherwise: all sales are final. The packet is delivered the moment you pay.
