Terms of use

FightMyAppraisal sells digital property-tax protest packet documents for Travis County homeowners who file their own protest.

Digital document product

The paid product is a digital packet: a TCAD submission PDF, editable Word copy, hearing talking points, and a filing checklist. Delivery is by dashboard link and email.

Self-filing only

We are not a property tax consultant, agent, attorney, or representative. We do not file protests, attend hearings, or communicate with TCAD on your behalf. You decide whether to file and you submit the protest yourself.

No guaranteed reduction

TCAD and the appraisal review board decide final values. We do not guarantee any tax reduction, settlement, hearing outcome, or future-year result.

Current coverage

The live product currently supports Travis County, Texas properties. Other counties may be added later.
